Aging port of the TPL League Stats script, adapted to a XOOPS module years ago.

Due to popular demand, this module is now available here, but how it works and what it can do, I can no longer remember.

Installation instructions:
1) UPLOAD module package as normal
2) INSTALL the modul as normal
3) CREATE a new folder - preferably outside your web root - on your website, chmod it so that the webserver can write to the folder
4) UPDATE the module's preferences with the physical path to the new folder from 3)
5) COPY the contents of cordemanon/bak.htaccess to an existing .htaccess fil in the web root or CREATE a new .htaccess file in the web root with the contents of bak.htaccess, adding

RewriteEngine on

to the top of the file.
6) ADJUST the paths in the .htaccess file to match your settings, if you have XOOPS installed in a subdirectory to your site

Only tested on v0.1.8 so not guaranteed to work with later versions as the database layout may have changed

Multisite hack for XOOPS 2.2.3

1) Backup your site files
2) Backup your database
3) Apply hacked files
4) Edit your mainfile.php so XOOPS_URL is now called XOOPS_RESCUE_URL
5) Install "Site Administration" module

You can now create new sites which can be detected by the system from the "URI Pattern" for each site. E.g. "www.web-udvikling.dk" will match the request URI "www.web-udvikling.dk/modules/wfchannel" and the system will pick the "Webudvikling" site.

How you get multiple URIs to point to the same physical location is up to you. It can be done with Alias'es in Apache, Virtual Hosts and possibly in more ways. Explore and learn.

I give NO support on users who have messed up their sites with this hack. It is for ADVANCED use only and since you are toying with the database structure a LOT, you can really mess up big time.

If you don't backup and if you don't try this on a test installation first, I see no reason to help you out. Live with that or don't use this hack.
